Position Details

A project manager identifies the project’s goals, objectives, and scope and creates a project plan that outlines the tasks, timelines, and resources required. They evaluate the project’s success and identifies areas for improvement in future projects.

Responsibilities

Cooperation in planning and production, contracts and progress management with Japan (holding company departments), overseas venders and OpCo SMEs (experts), focusing on R&D/sustainable content
Operation support for CXC, Real Events, etc
Vendor contracts and preliminary management for content planning and production using NTT Research as a hub
- Contract control on the US side in line with budget, content plan
- Managing and reporting the execution status of multiple consignment contracts to NTTRI
- Contract administration of contracts, reports, claims, etc
Contract Management for Outsourced Services Overseas (Expenses for managing deliverables, business trips, etc
Organize output, quarterly reports (Basic information and information organization)n Periodic update of company profile information and creation of materials
Spontaneous management of planning, production and promotion of sustainable content in cooperation with the Sustainable office n Supporting operations of CSR conferences, etc.

Qualifications and Skills

A bachelor’s degree or master’s degree in related field or equivalent work experience
Background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis
Excellent communicator and comfortable managing multiple tasks
Team player and have problem solving aptitude
Ability to lead change management and innovation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
