Join us in exploring the frontiers of the science of AI, focusing on understanding and aligning artificial intelligence through the lens of physics, neuroscience, and psychology.

We are a fundamental research group investigating the science of natural and artificial intelligence. Our interdisciplinary approach brings together insights from physics, psychology, neuroscience, and computer science. We welcome innovative ideas and provide an environment that fosters academic freedom and creative exploration in AI research with the goal of defining and achieving alignment.

- Collaborate with mentor(s) to conduct fundamental research in the science of natural and artificial intelligence for alignment
- Write academic papers to summarize research findings

Applicants should be currently enrolled in a PhD program in Physics, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, Neuroscience, Psychology, or related technical fields.
